Hi I recently had two items for sale both ink jet cartridges...E Bay said would I like to use AI technology for the description I agreed then after agreeing to promote the sale E Bay removed the listings after 3 days for "contravening" their rules? But have now charged me £5.50 twice and I don't know what this is for?  Can anyone help because you can't speak to anyone

Without being able to see the listings, it's impossible to say what the charges were for or to speculate why they were removed.

Look in Payments to see if you had promoted the items or if the charges are from a previous sale, refund etc.
