Cash on collection

I've sold an item which is being paid for by cash on collection.  How do I mark the listing as sold so other people are unable to purchase?

The buyer should use the listing to buy the item on ebay.   They can still pay cash on collection later.

The buyer clicks on the listing and uses the BIN to end the listing then pays cash when they collect.

You can then mark as paid and dispatched from the order details when they have paid.
