Cannot see current feedback comments.

For quite some time now, when I receive feedback, I cannot see what that feedback is.  The listing is the same one which has been up for many months now.  It used to be that any current feedback automatically went to the top of the page, so you could read current comments.  Why has this happened, and are other experiencing the same issue? Thanks.

Just double check that on your feedback page,  under Sort and Sort By,  you have selected All and Most recent.

If it's still not showing this correctly ,  and if you're using the app or mobile browser,  you may need to use a PC/laptop for this, they're more reliable,   and Chrome and Firefox being the best browsers to use with eBay.
