Can not enable "Returns Accepted" on a lised item

Hi there, I recently posted an item
When I enable "Returns accepted" in "Listing preferences" and save the changes, the item still shows that seller doesn't accept return. Is this a bug? I haven't seen any errors.
can someone give me a clue?

Do you have any offers received or sent on the item ?

If yes,  then you have to wait for this to be declined or expire,  then you can revise those details on the item.

Sometimes the app or mobile browser doesn' offer up all options and features,  if using those switch if you can to a PC / laptop see if that helps.  Use Chrome or Firefox,  they work best with eBay.

Showing 30 days return for me.

All your listings are showing Returns Accepted also the one you gave as an example in a screenshot,  but to view, I'm using the reliable laptop and Chrome.

If you're checking on the less than reliable app or mobile browser , switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome or Firefox,  they work best with eBay, and you'll see there's no need for change anything,  you have Returns Accepted.
