Can I cancel a sale to someone in UAE who only opened his account today and appears to be using a Post Box as his address. I would rather sell to the underbidder who has good feedback.
If the buyer has paid then you have to send the items. If you dont then you may get bad feedback and low dsrs on your account.
We all started at zero feedback and they may of opened the account just to buy your items.
