The negative you left?
This was a purchase from a Far Eastern seller. Their usual ploy is to ' promise' a buyer a refund, a new item all sorts of promises to change the feedback. Once changed , those promises are not fulfilled.
If you received an item not as described that is, not working, ignore the pleas to change feedback and the issue will be solved, it won't be, just open a case for item not as described, follow instructions there carefully.
Let the feedback stand until issue is resolved first.
