I have sold my first item but didnt track the order because i delivered it myself. Now i dont know how to get my payment.

Items collected or personally delivered are best paid for in cash at the time the goods are handed over.

Paypal hold payments for new or infrequent sellers, as you have no tracking you'll need to wait the 21 days
