no contact has been made via the seller return item he had to the 12the feb to respond its now the 13th why hasnt the funds gone back into my paypal account ? as the person that started the case hasnt reponded
Just sit tight - if the buyer does not follow the case instructions then the case will time out in the seller's favour after around 30 days. If you try and force the issue then eBay may simply refund the buyer in full anyway.
