Hi, just had a message from a member to return an item. have told them no problem just send the item back and i am more than happy to refund them. they returned buy saying that if they don't have to send them back they will give me a possitive feedback. the item is only 3.99, and return postage would only be around 55 -75p. what should i do?

Report the buyer for feedback extortion but do not alert the buyer.

Have they opened a case?  If so and you have responded with the offer of a full refund on return of the item then do nothing.  Wait for them to act.

Otherwise, any time they contact you just respond with the offer of a full refund on return of the item.  Don't say anything else.
