refund for the item

Hello,

I bought an item

and after that returned it to the seller with tracking delivery and I know that the seller has received the item but I haven't received my refund yet.I send the messages to the seller but the seller doesn't respond.How can I get then my refund from the seller?

If you sent the item back as part of an eBay case then the option to ask eBay to step in will appear after 8 full days from opening the case.  If that deadline has gone by then phone customer support tomorrow morning.

 

If you did not go through a case, log into Paypal and open a case for not-as-described (if that was the problem) and enter the tracking number for the parcel, also state the date of delivery.  Escalate the case to Paypal within 20 day of opening it, this is timed to the second (not a calendar day) so don't miss the deadline.

 

Don't close the case on a promise - you won't be able to reopen it.
