A buyer has bought four items from me and has already paid for them, plus four lots of postage, via Paypal. I wish to reimburse the buyer with part of the postage cost. How do I go about this?
Go to the buyer's payment in your Paypal account and click on 'refund'.You need to be careful as it will default to the full amount. Key in the amount you want to refund and then follow the process.Paypal will give you a partial refund of their fee, however ebay won't as they don't deal in partial refunds.
