Hello,
I have just bought the item.
Now I am a little confused and please advise me what I should do in this situation.
I want to say that I paid using my debit card from the other country, but I checked and the money was taken from my account.
Please advise me what I should do now?

NO, don't do it as you would have no buyer protection. The so-called 'changes' are rubbish - they do not prevent you making payment via the eBay checkout.
You have paid, just tell them that they either ship the item to you or they refund you in full immediately.
