open case

I opened one case, because i didn't received item, 

Near one moths and nothing happened, 

I want refund, but is nothing. 

What can i do? how can i get back my money?

When you open a dispute you have to escalate it after 8 days. DId you do that

If the case if still open then do it now

If the case is closed then try opening a not recieved dspute on paypal and esclate it within 20 days
