So I have bought an item a weeks ago but before buying the item, i sent a message to the seller about two weeks ago and he hasnt answered yet,and He hasnt posted me the item..What can i do?

Moreover I need the item for Christmas.:(

If you haven't already opened an eBay case for item not received then do so right now:

Escalate the case to eBay after 8 full days and do not close the case early because you will not be able to reopen it.

If you are out of time for an eBay case then log into Paypal and open a case in their security centre, escalate within their maximum deadline of 20 days from the second that the case opened.
