hi i made new ebey id because but it saying 0 selling 0 quantaty
cus my first id is restricted because some some how link my id with other ebey id and he didnt pay ebey debits soo my first id restricted cus of him
and i made new id but its linked with his id aswell what i can do now

Hi.
You are not allowed to make a new id to try and get around a restriction.
Your new id will soon be restricted too.
If Ebay can link your account to a restricted one.....this can be by address....Bank details....IP address then your id will have exactly the same restrictions.
If it is a restriction for "an indefinite period" that means you will not be allowed to sell on Ebay again as it is permanent.
