item not received

HI there,

 

I've opened a request on an item which i've not received. It looks like ebay has a detailed process as to if I don't receive response by certain days then I can ask them to step in.

But I can never find any email/phone # that I can contact them. How to request ebay to step in to help? Have I missed out anything? Please help.

If after contacting the seller you do not receive a favourable response, then go to the Resolution Centre, at the foot of this page, and open a case for item not received.  8 days exactly from opening you can escalate to Ebay who will then step in and refund you.

 

There is no need to call, it is all done within the case you open, remembering you cannot escalate until exactly 8 days have passed from opening the case.
