how to send furniture? parcelforce?

I want to put an item of furniture on ebay. It is an unusual piece and I hope to get a decent price. I think a sale would be easier if I offered delivery.

I looked at parcelforce website. It has a maximum 30kg weight. The weight is either actual weight or volumetric weight, and they use the greater figure. An online weight estimator gives a value of 20 kg, but the volumetric weight for 77 x 43 x 105 is 57 kg! So it seems that i can't use parcelforce.

If I've got my parcelforce sums right any suggestions for delivery would be welcome.

Perhaps of more importance would be "What happens if the buyer comes up with not as described". You have to pay for return and refund.
