how do I remove a cancelled sale item form my account summary

Hi, I purchased an item and it was faulty, the seller took it back and issued a full refund, so far no problem, the seller cancelled the purchase and now the item is sitting on my account summary and I cannot delete it.

Can anyone tell me how to get it off the summary?

You can try hiding the order and it will eventually disappear but this irritation is the result of very bad programming on eBay's part.  Just be careful when going through checkout for up to 30 days from the sale date.
