ordered watch from seller tek tech.money taken from account but no watch.tried to track order but comes up not authorised buyer or seller so will not let me track.Any help welcome

No point in trying to track, you will know if it has been delivered.
As suggested, open a Not Received Case. If it turns up and is a fake as most expensive things on ebay are, you will then need to change it to Not as Described.
