global shipping I want to change it after accepting a best offer

I want to comply with the buyers request to use their Fed Ex account not the Global Shipping Programme. I accepted a best offer and the item is awaiting these changes before I can achieve payment How do I do this? I cannot bring up the invoice because it wont let me and the customer would like it sent with account Fed Ex. I have been on the phone to ebay and paypal and I am now more confused. I am not too computer savvy when it comes to changing something on an invoice. Thanks in advance.

You just cannot change it once it's been sold under the GSP.

If you don't want to use it then you can opt out for future listings but you have to go with it for this one or cancel it.

Allowing a buyer to send their own courier is a big no no in any case, you are held accountable for delivery even though it's not being arranged by yourself.

ETA i'm quite concerned if this is in regard to your high value item you just sold, this could be a scam and you need to be very very careful.  I'd go with the GSP or cancel.
