free listings in august

I have been putting items up for my mum, there was an ad saying all listings in August would be free. However, we are still getting fees added for insertion after going past 20 items and we're not sure why. We would be grateful for any advice.

Have you read the terms and conditions of the promotion to see what the exclusions are.

For example - one and three day listings are not included.
