According to your feedback profile you have left feedback for numerous sellers all saying "Asked seller for a refund as marked and described as vgc. No refund as yet", the last 5 all on positive green dots which is why it is 'bad' feedback. You left the same comment on a negative red dot for seller and now keep leaving the same comment for other sellers.
Contact ebay cs and ask them to remove the feedback and be careful in future.
