Hi,
I had purchased an item Hot Sale Men's Tops Designed Casual Slim Fit Skinny Clothes Vests Waistcoats M24 on 14th Aug 2016(got the parcel). I would like to exchange it with bigger size (XL/US M). Please help me with the exchange of the item. Please explain the procedures to follow

You need to contact seller.
However as you are both in different countries, even if seller allows you return item, you will have to send back via tracked postage, so probably not worth it, try to sell item yourself, will be cheaper.
