canceling a purchase on ebay

Hi
I bid on item that was used and i asked the seller for the condition of the item, he replied that was in mint condition so i bid, but afterwards i saw some missing parts that he didn't mention in the description. I ask to cancel the bid but he didn't and i won the item. I asked for cancelling again and he replied that i am an idiot for bidding at it and so long. But still don't cancel it.
what should i do ??

You bid and won so should pay.

If you noticed the items were missing after you bought then you should of checked more carefully before bidding

If you dont pay then the seller can open a non payment dispute and you get a strike on your account
