Unless you offered free postage in the listing then you are not obliged to provide it. Ignore the buyer, add them to your blocked bidder list now and if they don't pay up, open an unpid item dispute 2 full days after the listing ended.
You can also ruse the 'report the buyer' link if they are demanding something not offered in the listing.
