broken item

hi all

i got a 3d printer from a seller in march of this year and its been riddled with problems from day one, problems like constent bad prints, hardward failure and callibration errors, last week the printer finally burnt itself out completely and is now not working at all, just a big paper weight..

ive contacted the seller and informed them of the problems that ive had with the printer, i said that i would like a new one sent out to replace this one since its never been running correctly, the seller offered a new motherboard +£20 to fix that part of the printer but that wont fix it fully, now the seller has stopped relpying to me since the 18th of this month...

im now at a loss what to do, any ideas

With hindsight, you should have opened a case for item not-as-described from "day one".  As things stand, you are out of time for an eBay case and I suspect that you are now out of time for a Paypal case (180 days from the payment date).  Neither eBay nor Paypal offer any kind of help with warranty issues but if your purchase was funded by a card then you could contact the card company for advice.  The Citizens Advice Bureau also has a good website for consumer issues.
