As per subject line, how do I correct the total to suite the revised postage.

If you are the buyer and you have paid in full then all the seller needs to do is refund the agreed amount from your payment.

If you have not yet paid then the seller can issue an invoice, correct the p&p amount, preview and then send.  You then pay the revised invoice when going through checkout.
