You don't do it that way. If it is an auction and there are no bids + more than 12 hours to go, simply revise the starting price to the amount agreed and invite them to bid. If they do (many don't) then you can end the listing early to sell to the highest bidder.
Doing an off-site deal could jeopardise both your accounts.
