Won an snad case and ebay have closed the case and refunding me but paypal still holding the money-

Sent back an item as per ebay instructions using their postage label

Got an email today to say I had been refunded and that they had closed the case

Checked in paypal and they have the refund on hold (pending investigation) any ideas?

That does sound very odd.

You are a seller, do you have any open cases yourself which are waiting to be resolved?

If not it's probably worth giving Paypal cs a call tomorrow and see if they can explain it.
