Withdraw payment already made via PayPal and send via text to a mobile

I have been asked to withdraw my payment by the seller. They have said they have issues with their email address an is unable to send an invoice via PayPal with an email address. They have asked me to send this via text to their mobile. I have no idea how to do this, any help would be appreciated.thanks!

If they have an error in the paypal email address then you will have an option to cancel in the transaction details.

Presumably they want to send a paypal invoice so you can pay; ebay don't allow email addresses to be sent through messages so I assume it's your paypal email address they want you to text to them, not the actual payment.
