I sold a watch for £300 on auction on Monday 24th and have tried to get hold of the buyer through ebay but have had no reply.
Today i sent them a message via ebay to ask whether they're going to pay or not.
They've come back and said that they don't want it now.
I have cancelled the order in My Ebay but how do i get my fees back and can i relist for free?

Hopefully you cancelled for the reason 'buyer changed their mind' and if so you will have to wait for 7 days for the buyer to agree to it. If they don't respond then you will be able to close it yourself to get your fees back. If they decline it then you will have to contact customer support and report the buyer for malicious bidding (no intention to pay) and ask them to refund your fees.
In the meantime, put the bidder's id on your blocked bidder list immediately.
