Why pay selling fees when I have an offer for 100 listings/day?

Can anyone help please?

I have this offer:

Pay only when you sell in September 2016

No insertion fees on up to 100 listings per day. For auction or fixed price listings

Yet, when I try to relist my items, it charges me. I didn't use up the 100 allowance.

Anyone knows why this happens?

You need to read the T&Cs of the offer in particular what is excluded from the offer.

1 and 3 day auctions and 1 and 3 day BIN listings are excluded.
