Buyer purchased & paid for 2 items from 1 listing. I had postage at £1.20 (actual cost for 1 item is £1.19) so wasn't ripping them off. Then EBay put a discount of £1.20 on the invoice so I have to post at a loss now. If I ask the buyer for postage Paypal will charge again.
Yours is the second post I've seen this morning that says ebay sent an invoice with free postage when it wasn't the case. You can explain to the buyer, they could send the postage as a gift payment to avoid you paying extra fees to receive.
