Who pays return postage?

Hi 

The buyer wants to return an item . she is an international buyer and has bought a wrong size . I have sent her a message twice asking if she wants an exchange , but she hasn't replied . Now i am thinking of accepting her return request , however am wondering who pays the postage in this case. can someone pls guide me.

If she opens a returns and states that she bought the wrong size then it is a change of mind returns and if you accept the returns then she pays the return postage

You have on your listing 30days return buyer pay the return postage 

Its probably best just to accept the returns and refund the money 

If she has not responded to your offer of replacement then she may not want another item
