What to do if a customer hasn't received an item I posted

Hi
Just wondering what to do in this situation
I posted an item to a customer on 15/08/16. I have the receipt from the post office.
It was sent by normal post.
What do I do in this situation ????

Well you need to refund and claim on RM.


To avoid giving yourself a Defect, ask the buyer to open a Not received case and you can refund through the case. Also gets your fee refunded.
