What do I do if some seller is a racist and using bad language and racial remarks in messages

There used to be a link in every message to report it, but eBay has removed this.

Instead, it's now hidden deep in eBay's help pages, where it's very difficult to find. To begin with we tried to help other members by giving them a link to the new page, but eBay has forbidden this. If we try to include this link when replying they now actually censor the message to remove it.

We can only think that eBay hopes that victims of abuse will give up and not bother them by reporting it.

Please don't let eBay get away with this. Click on Help and Contact above and report this in person. If enough members do this eBay may decide to restore the link they removed.
