Unpaid Item

Hi, bought an item and returned it as Not As Described  and received a refund . Now this item sits as an Unpaid Item in the Buying Reminder . Anyone any idea why the item is marked as 'Unpaid', and how do I change this and get rid of it? Many thanks for you help.

I am sorry but this irritating feature is the result of bad programming on eBay's part; you can try to 'mark as paid' and you can try to 'hide' it but for about 30 days after the sale date you will need to be careful going through checkout.
