The buyer paid through echeque.

I sold an item and the buyer has send a echeque and the is no seller protection on this one. Y there is no seller protection. And should I send the item or should I wait till the echeque get clear??

Just as with a normal Paypal Payment, you send when Paypal tell you to. If you post before it clears, just like a real cheque an Echeque can bounce, leaving you with no item and no money.

Seller protection is minimal at the best of times, you only get anything if you use tracked mail.
