Sick of unpaid items

Tried to sell an item, twice it seems to have been sold but the 'buyer' hasn't paid.

The latest one just over an hour ago, hasn't paid yet, which in itself isn't a problem but I'm very suspicious of someone whose feedback is private and whose postcode is London Wg11gg and whose address is

Am I within my rights to either relist or cancel the listing?

Update over 24 hours later: sent a message to 'buyer' still no response. My experience is that if no payment is made within 20 minutes of listing ending, there will be no payment.

Whilst that postcode does look odd, you should only ever post an item to the address you're given by Paypal when the buyer pays which may be different to the one of the ebay email.

You cannot just relist or cancel when the listing ended only an hour ago, nobody is at their pc 24/7.

You need to close down the original sale or you could end up with 2 buyers and only one item.

You can open an unpaid case 2 days after sale ends and then close it 4 days later if buyer still hasn't paid. You get a refund of your final selling fee and non payer gets a strike on their account.

Neither of you can leave any feedback.

Then you can relist.
