Seller has requested I close the case?

I bought a gillet, the one that arrived was the wrong size. I emailed the seller, no relpy.

I opened a case, seller replied and agreed to change it and pay return postage (China)

They want me to close the case, and then they will arrange a return?

Never close a case before you have your refund in your hand as the case cannot be reopened.
