Seller cancelling after close of auction

I won two auctions and the seller has cancelled the auctions after they finished rather than complete the sales. Can I ask ebay to ask the seller to proceed with the sale? And If not, can I still provide feedback on the seller although the sales have been cancelled? (The amounts involvoed are very small)

Hi,

Have you accepted the cancellations? If not, DON'T!

If you refuse to accept them the seller is stuck with paying the ebay fees.

No one can force him to sell the items to you but his account will be sanctioned by 2  unwarrented cancellations.

As for feedback, the option disappears after cancellation but if you search around the site there is a way in which to leave it.
