SELLER PROBLEM: challenging buyer

Item posted to Bosnia to my expense, buyer is now stating, after a month,  they think the item has been worn with no photographic evidence but item was BNWOT.

What should i do?

If they open case for not as described, you have no choice except to accept return.

As it is overseas buyer, THEY have to pay to return via tracked postage,(if they were in UK, you pay return postage) you then refund original money.

NO RETURN = NO REFUND.
