What can I do about a rude abusive seller that has private messaged me after I made an offer on a few of their items?

If you don't mind wasting possibly several hours trying to speak to eBay you can phone customer support.
That is the only way now to report abuse. They have removed all the previous links by which messages could be reported.
Otherwise just forget about it and look for a better seller.
