Returning an item that was broken on arrival

I have opened a case for an item that was not as described and the seller has agreed for me to return the item. I don't have the sellers address and he doesn't respond to e-mails requesting it. It appears that if I open a "return an item" request I may get a printable address label, is this the case? I have tried to open a return a return item request but the "request a return" button is greyed out and it wont let me submit. Is this because I already have the "not as described" case open or am I doing something wrong please?? Regards Garth

You can't send a return request once you've opened a dispute.

If the seller won't provide the address and label then escalate the case to ebay after 8 full days and they will send the return label for you to print off, enter the tracking number into the case when you've returned the goods.
