Returned item

I returned an item i bought because the item was not as described. There was supposed to be two items in the parcel when there was only one, the size ordered was not correct either so i contacted the seller to see if i could return the item. I sent this by 2nd class post and emailed the seller a copy of the postage receipt.  The buyer is saying that they have not received the return and until they do will not refund me. Am i covered by the ebay money back guarantee?

You won't win a case because you did not send tracked.  What you can do is claim for the loss in the post, using your certificate of posting: the claim form is on the RM website.
