Return requested on a "no returns" item that is not faulty

Hi.

I recently sold an amplifier deck to a seller in the States. Having first accused me of listing a different model (I wasn't), the buyer is now saying that he has just found out that the deck won't work in the States due to electrical incompatibilities. (It was in full working order when I sold it, although he apparently has no way of testing this due to these incompatibilities.)

He wants to return it, even though the item was clearly listed as "no returns".

What is likely to happen if I tell the buyer that the item was listed as no returns and that he can't return it?

Thanks,

Matt

If he wants to return it & opens ebay case, they will allow it.

However, buyer has to pay to return via tracked postage, you can refund this if you want, but ebay don't enforece it as buyer is in another country, if you're both in UL, seller pays return postage.
