Return mail costs

I need to return small parcel to China from UK. Tracked mail is £12.45, the item only cost me £7.24.  It was faulty and return has been aggreed, will seleer really refund me full amount plus return costs or should i just accept the loss?

You have to pay return costs, overseas sellers do not have to pay return postage, this is the risk of buying overseas.
