Request for refund inaccurate - what do I do?

buyer claims item does not match description and pictures and have open a case. I disagree insofar that I have called the colour wrong in the title only, but description and pictures are accurate. Do I get a chance to argue my case or is that it and I have to pay for return postage too?

help with advice please! I also make it clear that I don't do returns and that any question is welcome.

Some people only read the title and are too lazy to read the description.  However the title is part of your description and what attracted the buyer in the first place.  So although the buyer could have read the description better, it's still your mistake.  You should send a pre paid label and refund when you get the item back.
