Refunds

I sold a brand new pair of boots which never left the box and now the buyer says they're damaged. They've sent pictures but I can't know if they were damaged in the post or not. What do people suggest?

If they open a case on ebay odds are they will win so it's usually best to ask them to return for refund.   Get them back and take it from there.
