Refund buyer some money

Hi, I am knew to selling. I managed to post an item sold for less than my advertised price. How do I refund my buyer the difference? Thank you.

Hi - if you mean the postage cost was less than you had quoted on your listing then you can make a partial refund.

Go to the buyer's payment in your Paypal account and click on 'refund'.

You need to be careful as it will default to the full amount. Key in the amount you want to refund and then follow the process.

Paypal will give you a partial refund of their fee, however ebay won't as they don't deal in partial refunds.
